Website Care
Essential preventive maintenance for small-business WordPress websites.
Best for brochure and informational websites.
A business website needs ongoing technical care after launch. Nomboo Website Management helps keep WordPress sites updated, backed up, monitored, secure, and functioning properly so small issues are less likely to become bigger problems.
Website Management focuses on maintaining the health of your existing website—not redesigning it every month.
WordPress, plugins, themes, hosting environments, browsers, and security requirements continue to change after a website goes live.
Website maintenance is the preventive work that helps keep an existing site healthy: software updates, backups, monitoring, security checks, database housekeeping, and routine technical review.
Website management goes further by combining routine maintenance with active monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and—in higher plans—minor website changes and more hands-on support.
Start with essential technical maintenance or choose a higher level of management for more active websites and business-critical systems.

Website Care combines routine maintenance with monitoring designed to catch common technical problems early.
WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates are reviewed and applied with attention to compatibility and stability.
We verify that a recent backup exists before important maintenance and monitor whether scheduled backups are completing.
External monitoring helps identify when a website becomes unavailable rather than waiting for a customer to report it.
We monitor common vulnerabilities, suspicious activity, malware alerts, SSL status, and other technical security concerns.
Basic performance checks help identify meaningful slowdowns or technical changes that may affect the visitor experience.
Routine housekeeping removes safe-to-delete temporary data and helps reduce unnecessary database clutter.
The exact cadence depends on the plan, but the Website Care foundation follows a simple preventive-maintenance model.
Uptime, SSL, backup, and security alerts can be monitored automatically so important problems are surfaced between maintenance sessions.
We review available updates and high-priority vulnerability notices, with more active update handling included in higher plans.
Routine maintenance, functionality checks, database housekeeping, backup verification, and a maintenance report document the work completed.
Nomboo memberships and Website Management can work together, but they solve different needs.
New pages, redesigns, copywriting, product entry, blog creation, SEO campaigns, new functionality, custom development, major troubleshooting, hosting migrations, malware remediation, and third-party system problems are not automatically included unless specifically stated in the selected plan. These services may be handled through a Nomboo membership or quoted separately.

The essential preventive-maintenance plan for brochure and informational WordPress websites.
We review and apply routine updates to WordPress core, installed plugins, and the active theme so the site continues to receive security fixes, bug fixes, and compatibility improvements. Major or higher-risk updates may be handled more cautiously when compatibility needs to be checked first.
Before important maintenance, we confirm that a recent backup or restore point is available. This gives us a safer path to restore the website if an update unexpectedly causes a problem.
The monthly cycle includes the routine maintenance work covered by the plan, such as reviewing and applying appropriate updates, confirming backup status, checking basic website functionality, reviewing monitoring alerts, and documenting the work completed.
An external monitoring service checks whether the website is reachable. If the site becomes unavailable, an alert can be generated so the outage can be reviewed instead of waiting for a customer to report it.
We monitor common WordPress security concerns such as known software vulnerabilities, malware or suspicious-file alerts, and other notable warnings produced by the security tools used on the site. Monitoring reduces risk but does not guarantee that a website can never experience a security incident.
We monitor whether the website's HTTPS connection and SSL certificate remain valid so visitors are less likely to encounter browser security warnings caused by an expired or failed certificate.
After routine updates, we perform a basic operational review of key site functions such as the homepage, navigation, important pages, and obvious error conditions. This is a maintenance check rather than a full website QA audit.
Includes everything in Website Care, plus more active technical management and minor website support.
Instead of waiting for the monthly maintenance cycle to review routine software changes, we check available WordPress, plugin, and theme updates weekly so important updates can be identified and handled sooner.
We periodically test key website forms to confirm that they can be submitted and that the expected notification or submission process is still working. Complex integrations or third-party CRM workflows may require separately scoped testing.
We monitor for links that lead to missing pages or other obvious errors so they can be identified and reviewed. Fixes that require new content, redirects, or broader site restructuring may fall outside routine maintenance.
We review basic performance indicators to identify significant slowdowns or technical changes that may affect the visitor experience. Advanced speed optimization, code refactoring, or infrastructure changes are separate services when needed.
Routine database optimization includes safe housekeeping such as removing unnecessary temporary data, expired transients, revisions, and other routine clutter when appropriate. We create or verify a backup before performing database maintenance.
The report provides a concise record of maintenance activity and available monitoring results, such as updates performed, backup status, security or performance checks, and notable recommendations that may need attention.
Minor edits are small changes to the existing website, such as replacing text or an image, updating contact information, making a simple link change, or performing a comparable adjustment that does not require redesign, new functionality, or significant development. Unused time does not roll over unless specifically stated in the agreement.
Website Management requests receive higher scheduling priority than routine Website Care maintenance when a technical issue needs attention. Priority support does not guarantee immediate or 24/7 emergency response.
Includes everything in Website Management, with additional oversight for e-commerce and more operationally important websites.
For Website Management Pro, we review critical automated uptime, security, and transaction-related alerts each business day. This provides more active oversight for e-commerce and operationally important websites, but it does not constitute 24/7 monitoring or an emergency-service SLA.
We review key e-commerce components for obvious technical issues, including the store interface and important WooCommerce-related updates. Product management, merchandising, tax setup, shipping configuration, and advanced store administration are separate unless specifically included.
We periodically review the primary customer transaction path to help identify obvious failures in the shopping-cart or checkout experience. Live payment tests, gateway troubleshooting, or third-party transaction issues may require additional coordination.
When a compatible staging environment is available and an update presents greater compatibility risk, we may test the change outside the live site before deployment. Staging availability depends on the hosting environment and website configuration.
The same minor-edit scope used in Website Management applies, but the monthly allowance increases to one hour. Larger design, development, SEO, content, product-entry, or new-feature work is not treated as a minor edit.
Operationally important website problems receive a higher scheduling priority for investigation. This does not create a guaranteed emergency-service SLA unless one is separately agreed to.
We take a closer look at available security, vulnerability, uptime, and performance information and provide more detailed recommendations when recurring risks, slowdowns, or technical concerns are identified.
Hosting is separate unless your proposal or plan specifically states otherwise. Nomboo can work with an existing compatible hosting provider or coordinate hosting separately when needed.
No provider can guarantee that a website will never experience a security incident. Website Management uses routine updates, monitoring, backup practices, and security checks to reduce risk and identify common problems earlier.
If routine maintenance performed by Nomboo causes a website problem, we will attempt to restore the previous working state and identify the update responsible. Problems caused by unrelated hosting failures, third-party services, abandoned software, custom code, or security incidents may require separately scoped work.
