Pause, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Nomboo is a brand of Strategic Marketing Group, LLC. This policy explains how pausing, canceling, and refunds work for Nomboo memberships. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
Pause Policy
You may pause your membership at any time from your account.
While paused, billing and work stop.
If you do not resume within 45 consecutive days, your membership and included perks automatically end.
Perks include (but are not limited to) website project credits, free domain, hosting discounts, InsightURL plan access, and The Brand Portal discounts.
Once a membership ends, perks can be renewed individually with their respective providers (PelicanHost, InsightURL, The Brand Portal, etc.).
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting us.
Canceling immediately ends your membership, all included perks, and any ownership credits toward your website project.
If you wish to retain your website before completing 12 consecutive active months, you may choose a buyout option. Contact us for details.
Refund Policy
Memberships are billed in advance (monthly).
No refunds are issued for time already billed, including unused days, paused periods, or early cancellations.
If you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the billing cycle already paid for, unless you request immediate termination.
Exceptions may be made only where required by applicable law.
