Our Commitment

Accessibility Is an Ongoing Responsibility

Accessibility is not a one-time setting or a single plugin. It requires continued attention as pages, forms, images, videos, documents, and third-party tools are added or changed.

Nomboo is working toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines provide a widely recognized framework for making digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

We aim to consider accessibility in page structure, keyboard navigation, color contrast, text alternatives, form labels, link descriptions, focus indicators, responsive layouts, motion preferences, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.

Nomboo does not currently claim independent certification or complete conformance with every WCAG success criterion. Our goal is to identify barriers, make practical improvements, and respond constructively when a visitor reports a problem.

What We Work On

Practical Accessibility Measures

The following areas guide how we build, review, and improve the Nomboo website.

1

Clear Structure

Use meaningful headings, logical reading order, descriptive page titles, and understandable navigation.

2

Keyboard Access

Support navigation and interaction without requiring a mouse whenever the underlying platform allows it.

3

Readable Presentation

Consider contrast, font size, spacing, responsive layouts, and visible focus states.

4

Alternative Text

Add useful text alternatives for meaningful images and avoid using images as the only way to communicate essential information.

5

Accessible Forms

Use labels, instructions, status messages, and validation feedback that help visitors understand what is required.

6

Reduced Motion Support

Respect reduced-motion preferences where practical and avoid unnecessary movement that interferes with use.

Accessibility Tools

Options Available on the Website

The accessibility icon displayed on the website opens controls that may help visitors customize how pages are presented.

Text & Readability

Options may include larger text, increased line height, text alignment, and a more readable font.

Visual Adjustments

Visitors may adjust contrast, use grayscale, hide images, or pause animations.

Navigation Support

Options may highlight links, outline keyboard focus, show page structure, or provide a reading mask.

Reset Controls

Visitors can reset accessibility preferences and return to the website’s default presentation.

Accessibility tools are one part of the process

The accessibility interface may help individual visitors, but it does not guarantee that every page, component, file, or third-party service is fully accessible. We also rely on ongoing design review, content improvements, testing, and visitor feedback.

Known Limitations

Some Content May Depend on Third Parties

We work to improve the experience we control, but some embedded tools and externally hosted content may have accessibility limitations.

Potential limitations may include third-party payment interfaces, scheduling tools, maps, social-media content, videos, external documents, client portals, embedded reviews, or other services that are maintained outside Nomboo’s direct control.

Older pages, images, documents, or archived content may also require additional remediation. When we learn that an important function or piece of information is not accessible, we will evaluate the issue and look for a reasonable correction or alternative.

Accessibility Questions

Common Questions

Answers about the accessibility interface, reporting problems, and requesting an alternative format.

Does the accessibility widget make the entire website fully accessible?

No. The widget provides useful display and navigation adjustments, but accessibility also depends on page structure, keyboard support, form behavior, alternative text, third-party tools, documents, videos, and other content. Nomboo treats the widget as one part of an ongoing accessibility process.

Can I ask for information in another format?

Yes. Contact Nomboo and explain what information you need and the format or method that would be more usable for you. We will review the request and provide a reasonable alternative when practical.

What should I do if a form is difficult to complete?

Report the page and the field or step causing difficulty. Include your preferred contact method so we can help complete the communication through another reasonable channel when available.

How quickly will Nomboo respond to an accessibility report?

Accessibility messages are reviewed during normal business hours. We respond as soon as practical, although issues involving third-party platforms, technical testing, or content remediation may require additional time to investigate and resolve.

Which accessibility standard is Nomboo using as a reference?

Nomboo is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference point for improving the accessibility of its public website. This statement does not represent independent certification or a guarantee that every success criterion is currently satisfied.

Statement reviewed August 2, 2026 This statement may be updated as the website, available tools, and accessibility practices change.
