Yes. Nomboo provides the capabilities of a marketing agency, but its role is broader than a traditional agency because it also connects branding, content, websites, advertising, consulting, operations, and business planning through one coordinated team.

It means a business can access multiple marketing and business-support capabilities without hiring each role separately as an employee, freelancer, or agency. Nomboo organizes strategy and execution around the client’s priorities through one relationship and one request system.

Nomboo is designed primarily for small businesses and organizations that need professional support without building a large internal marketing department. It works across industries including professional services, healthcare, food and beverage, retail and e-commerce, education and training, finance, and insurance.

Yes. Focused projects may be quoted separately when the scope, timeline, and deliverables are clearly defined. Businesses that need ongoing support can instead use a monthly Nomboo membership.

Nomboo is located at 11810 Grand Park Avenue, Suite 500, North Bethesda, Maryland 20852. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Most collaboration is remote, and in-person meetings must be scheduled and confirmed in advance.

Branding services include brand strategy and positioning, naming, taglines, value propositions, audience profiles, messaging, voice and tone, logo design or refreshes, color and typography systems, brand guidelines, social graphics, stationery, printed materials, and promotional products.

Marketing services include campaign strategy, audience development, email marketing, social media content, landing pages, direct mail, marketing automation, A/B testing, offer development, lead-generation support, launch planning, and campaign optimization.

As of August 2, 2026, Starter costs $199 per month and includes four monthly requests, one active request, one user, and one consulting hour. Growth costs $599 per month and includes 12 monthly requests, two active requests, one user, and two consulting hours. Ultimate costs $999 per month and includes unlimited submissions, three active requests, up to five users, and four consulting hours.

One request is one clearly defined deliverable that can typically be completed within approximately one to three business days after Nomboo has the required information. Examples include one page update, one email draft, one advertising creative, one flyer, one blog draft, or one clearly defined campaign task.

Monthly requests determine how many new deliverables may be submitted during a billing period. Active requests determine how many items Nomboo works on at the same time. Additional submitted requests remain organized in the queue until an active slot becomes available.

A clearly defined standard request is often completed within approximately one to three business days after all required information is received. Starter typically takes two to three business days, Growth receives priority turnaround of approximately one to two business days, and Ultimate receives fast-track treatment. Timing is an estimate and depends on scope, complexity, approvals, and third-party systems.

Large initiatives are divided into smaller, clearly defined requests or project phases. For example, a website may be separated into discovery, structure, copy, design, development, testing, and launch requests.

Yes. Reasonable revisions that remain within the approved request scope and direction are included. A materially different concept, deliverable, audience, format, or direction may be treated as a new request.

No, unless a plan or written agreement expressly says otherwise. Unused monthly request capacity and included consulting time are intended for the current billing period and generally do not roll over.

Yes. Starter includes one consulting hour per month, Growth includes two hours, and Ultimate includes four hours. The time may be used for planning, audits, roadmap reviews, campaign analysis, operational questions, and live problem-solving.

Starter and Growth each include one submitting user. Ultimate includes up to five total users, including the account owner. Ultimate users share request capacity, queue visibility, and account history.

Ultimate permits unlimited request submissions during the billing period, but it does not mean unlimited simultaneous work. Up to three requests are actively worked on at one time, while additional requests remain organized in the queue.

Members use the secure Client Portal to submit requests, provide instructions and files, follow conversations, review work, request revisions, approve deliverables, manage their membership, access billing, and update their profile.

Yes. The request model lets a business shift between branding, marketing, content, websites, advertising, and consulting as its needs change. Requests are worked according to the plan’s capacity and the priorities organized in the queue.

Eligible memberships include a new WordPress website build, or a redesign and optimization when the client already has a website. Hosting through PelicanHost is included during the first 12 consecutive fully paid membership months, subject to the applicable scope and terms.

Ownership of eligible completed custom website deliverables transfers after 12 consecutive fully paid membership months. Before transfer, the completed website is licensed for the client’s business use while the membership remains active, fully paid, and in good standing.

The website license and included benefits remain available through the paid-through date, subject to account status and the applicable terms. If the membership ends before ownership transfers, the temporary license may end and unvested ownership eligibility may be lost. Nomboo may offer a buyout at its discretion, but a buyout is not guaranteed.

Yes. The eligible domain is registered in the client’s name, so the client retains ownership. While the qualifying membership remains active, Nomboo covers one eligible standard domain renewal with a value of up to $25 per year. After the membership ends, the client is responsible for future renewals or may transfer the domain elsewhere.

Yes. Nomboo may deploy a website to the client’s preferred hosting provider when the environment supports the required technology, access, and security. Existing domains can also be connected or, when appropriate, transferred to PelicanHost.

PelicanHost is the website-hosting, professional-email, and domain platform used within the Nomboo group. Eligible Growth and Ultimate members receive 50% off participating PelicanHost hosting plans while their membership is active.

InsightURL is Nomboo’s smart-link platform for short URLs, branded QR codes, link-in-bio pages, and engagement analytics. Starter includes custom short links, branded QR codes, and basic analytics; Growth adds advanced QR codes, a link-in-bio page, and deeper analytics; Ultimate adds team access and priority support.

The Brand Portal is the Nomboo group’s promotional-products platform for custom apparel, business gifts, event items, printed materials, and branded merchandise. Growth members receive 5% off eligible merchandise and Ultimate members receive 10% off eligible merchandise before taxes and shipping.

Yes. Nomboo has Mailchimp-certified experience and can support email strategy, templates, audience segmentation, campaigns, newsletters, welcome sequences, and basic automations.

Nomboo primarily works with WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, cPanel, and Google Analytics. Other platforms may be considered when a project requires them, but WordPress is the primary foundation because it supports flexibility, ownership, integrations, and future expansion.

No. Media spend is paid separately to the advertising platform. Nomboo’s membership or project fee covers only the agreed strategy, campaign setup, targeting, copy, creative coordination, maintenance, optimization, and reporting.

Eligible membership support is designed for one focused campaign and may include one Google Search or Display campaign, up to two ad groups, basic text-ad copy, initial keyword or audience targeting, monthly bid and keyword review, negative-keyword review, and a simple performance summary.

A separate proposal is generally required for multiple campaigns or platforms, advanced banners or video, detailed keyword research, frequent optimization, ongoing A/B testing, creative rotation, custom reporting, or a more complex advertising program.

Nomboo can support Google Search, Google Display, video advertising, shopping campaigns, and, when appropriate, paid social and other advertising platforms through a custom plan. The channel mix depends on the audience, offer, budget, and campaign objective.

No. Nomboo does not guarantee ad approval, impressions, clicks, leads, sales, search rankings, traffic, return on ad spend, or other specific outcomes. Results also depend on the market, offer, budget, competition, website, sales process, implementation, and customer behavior.

Yes. Memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically at the disclosed price and interval until canceled. The selected payment method is charged at the beginning of each new billing period.

Yes. A membership may be canceled through the Client Portal or another cancellation method clearly provided by Nomboo. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal.

Unless immediate termination is separately requested and processed, the membership remains active through the end of the billing period already paid. During that period, the client may continue using the membership subject to request capacity, account status, payment status, and the applicable terms. The membership and included benefits end after the paid-through date.

Generally, no. Membership renewal fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins, and Nomboo does not provide prorated refunds or account credits for unused days after cancellation or immediate termination, except where required by law or expressly approved in writing.

Yes. A scheduled cancellation may be reinstated through the Client Portal before the membership end date. Reinstatement restores automatic renewal using the payment method and billing terms then associated with the account.

The account may be marked Past Due or Payment Required. Nomboo currently provides a short grace period of three calendar days unless another period is shown in the account or required by law. If payment remains unresolved, active work, new request submissions, services, licenses, discounts, and benefits may be temporarily suspended until Stripe confirms payment.

Immediate termination is not a standard self-service action. A client may contact Nomboo support to request it. If processed, active work, request access, included benefits, discounts, and unvested website ownership eligibility end when termination becomes effective, without a prorated refund except where required by law.

Nomboo’s current public membership policy does not list a standard self-service pause option. It provides cancellation through the Client Portal and reinstatement before the paid-through end date. Contact Nomboo before changing the account if a temporary arrangement is needed.

Included benefits remain available through the paid-through date while the account remains eligible, fully paid, and in good standing. After the membership ends, benefits such as InsightURL access, hosting discounts, promotional-product discounts, consulting time, and unvested website ownership eligibility end. Some third-party services may be available for separate purchase or renewal.
